Layout to 3D: what actually happens in 48 hours

"Live in 48 hours" sounds like a slogan, so here is what those two days actually contain.

1. You send the layout

A PDF of the approved layout is enough. If you also have the CAD drawing, even better, because the measurements come straight from it. We also ask for the project name, the site location and the current status of each plot: available, booked, on hold or sold.

2. We draw every plot on the real map

Each plot, road, garden and amenity site is traced as its own shape with its plot number, area and measurements. The whole layout is then placed on the satellite picture of your site: moved, turned and scaled until the roads on the drawing sit on the roads on the ground.

3. Project details and status go in

Location, project type, possession, amenities and connectivity go into the project info panel. Plot statuses and prices go into your admin, and from there to the map, so the colours buyers see are the ones your office sets.

4. You check it, we publish it

You get a preview link to check plot numbers and statuses. Once you are happy, the same link goes live, along with a QR code for your hoardings and brochures. From then on you do not need us for everyday changes: mark a plot booked in the admin and the map updates for every buyer.

That is the whole process. Most of it is careful drawing and checking; the part you see is one link that opens on any phone.
