What we collect
- Your name and mobile number, when you upload a layout or send us a message.
- The file you upload: your layout, survey map or other land drawing.
- What our automatic check found in the file, such as the number of plots, survey number or road widths.
- Basic technical details of the upload: the time, the page you used and your IP address.
We do not ask for payment details, ID documents or passwords on this website.
Why we use it
- To check that your file is a land drawing and tell you what we found.
- To contact you on WhatsApp or by phone about your project.
- To build your 3D plot map if you go ahead with us.
Where it is kept
Uploaded files and your details are stored in our Google Drive and Google Sheets account. To check a file automatically, a picture of its first page (or, for DXF drawings, a text summary of the drawing) is sent to our AI provider, Groq, which returns a short description. The website itself is hosted on Cloudflare.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your details. We share them only with the services named above, which we use to run this website, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details and files while we are discussing or working on your project, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that or for our records.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details and files at any time. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 79904 22739 and we will act on it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
