5 questions every buyer asks before booking
Talk to any sales team selling plots and you will hear the same five questions, in almost the same words, on every call and every site visit. Answer them before they are asked and you shorten the path to a booking.
1. "How wide is the road in front of my plot?"
Road width decides parking, construction access and resale value. Label every internal road with its width on the layout, and make sure buyers can see which road each plot faces.
2. "Which way does it face?"
For many families, east or north facing matters as much as price. A map with a compass and a true north answers this in a glance, without anyone reading bearings off a drawing.
3. "What is the exact size?"
Buyers want the area in the unit they think in, and the length of each side. Show both the area and the measurements for every plot, not just a plot number.
4. "What is around it?"
The main road, the nearest village or town, schools and the land next door. A satellite view shows the surroundings as they are today, which buyers trust more than an artist's impression.
5. "Are the papers in order?"
Survey numbers, approvals and registration status. Put the survey number and possession status in the project details so the answer is written down, not just spoken.
None of these questions are difficult. They only take time when the answers live in different places. Put them on the same map buyers are already looking at.
