The standard residential plot is 50 × 100 ft (5,000 sq ft, about 0.11 acre, often loosely called an eighth of an acre). Larger plots are sold as 40 × 80 ft, 100 × 100 ft, quarter-acre or half-acre. Each plot on the zeplot map shows its size and its number from the subdivision plan.
