Listings in the UAE are usually in square feet; title deeds and DLD records also give square metres (1 sq m = 10.764 sq ft). Villa plots often run from around 5,000 sq ft to well over 20,000 sq ft. On the zeplot map each plot shows its area in the unit your buyers use.
