Plot sizes and units
In Lagos, a standard plot is 60 × 120 ft (648 sq m); some estates sell 500 sq m or 600 sq m plots. Elsewhere, 50 × 100 ft is common. The zeplot map shows each plot’s size in square metres and its number from the estate layout.
